Tief betroffen habe ich von seinem Tot erfahren, war er doch für mich wie ein Bindeglied zur Schweiz wenn ich ab und zu seine Stimme hier in Tonga am Radio hörte.

My heart goes out to Steve's family and friends! He was a great singer and a great guy, his vocal talent will be greatly missed!!! Another great musician who has passed on WAY too soon, but will be with the rest of the great ones wherever they have gone!! I have pretty much all of Gotthard's music, and now I will miss new releases, as I have always looked forward to anything new they have released! MM/BB Steve!!

Es tut mir so unsagbar leid!

Gestern, dem Nebel entfliehend, bin ich auf das Lauberhorn aufgestiegen. Dort oben, in der 'Startbar': Gotthard Musik. Non stop.
Steve's Powerstimme und die wunderschöne Bergwelt, wo Gotthard beim 'Snowpenair' gespielt hat. Traurig und tröstlich zugleich.
Andächtig war es dort oben. Den wenigen Gästen war es sehr wohl bewusst wessen Stimme da klang.
