Die Konzerte mit Steve Lee und seiner Band waren für mich Balsam für die Seele. Ich habe viele besucht. Ich weine mit euch. Seinen Liebsten und der Band wünsche ich viel Kraft und Licht den grossen Verlust und die tiefe Trauer zu ertragen.

C'est avec une grande tristesse que j'ai appris cette triste nouvelle, le groupe entier vous étiez ma référence du rock suisse lors de mes multiples voyages a l'étranger je transmettais toujours avec beaucoup de fierté votre musique a mes amis étrangers, lesquels ont toujours beaucoup apprécie votre style et la voix exceptionnelle de Steve! J’ai fait découvrir le rock a ma fille alors âgée de 10 ans grâce a Gotthard, je n'avais pas d'autres références que Gotthard pour lui transmettre la musique et le style que j’appréciais ! Merci pour ces moments magiques que j’ai passé à l’écoute de cette voix magique de Steve et a chaque sortie de concert vécu j’étais toujours tellement ravi ..et il y quelques semaines encore j’avais promis a ma fille que nous retournerons voir Gotthard…..

I'm writing even if I don't know you. I know little about Gotthard too, but I saw you in concert in 1998 at the glorious Rolling Stone in Milan, Italy. Only the best could play there ;-) and you were really 1 of them, I remember enjoying very much because your rock was great and Gotthard were nice persons, not rockstars!!!

Caro Steve,
è stato bello poterti rendere l'ultimo saluto ieri al Gottardo ma è stata anche molto dura...il Signore ti ha voluto con sè molto presto e per noi che restiamo qui, soprattutto per i tuoi cari e la tua band, ma anche per noi fans è una notevole prova da superare. E' vero che è la vita ma talvolta è veramente difficile da accettare. Hai lasciato un vuoto enorme nel mondo della musica e nei cuori di tutti noi! Grazie per tutte le emozioni che ci hai regalato e per le "lezioni di vita" che ci hai indicato ... con le tue parole, con il tuo modo di essere! Hai cantato per noi nella vita terrena ... ed ora continuerai a cantare per gli angeli del Paradiso. Resterai sempre vivo nei nostri cuori e nella melodia delle tue canzoni.
Sei stato una grande persona, un grande esempio! Riposa in pace Steve, noi ti ricorderemo sempre ...ci mancherai tantissimo!
Sincere condoglianze alla famiglia ed alla band, alla quale mi stringo in un forte abbraccio....abbiate coraggio di superare questa realtà e cercate di pensare al vostro Steve con un sorriso perchè è sicuramente così che lui desidera vedervi!
