Liebe Bandmitglieder,

Ich bin selbst Komponist und daher habe ich einen engen Bezug zur Musik. Steve Lee hatte eine unglaubliche Stimme - und nach seinem Tod habe ich mich mit der Band Gotthard auseinandergesetzt. Ich sah über youtoube euren letzten gemeinsamen Auftritt bei den Miss Schweiz Wahlen und zugleich switchte ich auf die Pressekonferenz vom Hotel Gotthard, nicht mal 2 Wochen später.

Ich wünsche Euch allen viel Kraft und Zuversicht, dass Ihre eines Tages wieder ein Neubeginn starten könnt.. Es wird sehr schwierig sein, Steve Lee zu ersetzen, jedoch liegt es sicher auch im Interesse von Steve, dass Ihre den Weg von Gotthard fortsetzt. Nehmt euch, wenns soweit ist, sehr viel Zeit für die Wahl des richtigen Sängers. Er soll das Niveau von Steve bieten können, sonst geht es nicht.......

Wenn ich mal in der Region von Lugano bin, werde ich bestimmt Steve besuchen gehen und zu Ihm beten...

What was God thinking of on that day? Could he not have let us have you here a little longer?

In my minds eye, I have pulled you clear of that truck time and time again. Damn it, it should not have happened and you should have been kept safe.

You are safe now, and in the arms of God. It's not easy to let you go.

I'm emocionaly debelated, it's a very bad moment in my life. The guy was a great revelation of voices in Rock! God give support to the family and I hope Steve is going to sing to our brothers in other life with Jesus in his side. Force! Forza a tutta la famiglia, grazzie tanti per la musica, Steve, Danke! my mind is always with you. i try to figure what happend at that horrible day, but it isn't possible.

this happens every day, but it's the first time that it happens with someone i know and admire so much as steve.

the gotthard CD's are playing all day long and i get goosebumps by some songs. what a voice !! it's so terrible that, for me, the best voice of the moment and maybe ever is gone. if you listen to the radio all you here is commercial rubish. the songs of Gottard are so true.

this is what music is about and i would like to thank steve and of course the other gotthardmembers for those great years.

leo, marc, freddy, hena and nicollo, I you will find the strengt to continue with gotthard. as a tribune to one of the best, STEVE !!
