Steve Lee, singer for a famous swiss band called Gotthard, which I accidentally stumbled upon after hearing his amazing performance on Ayreon's 01011001-album, after which I immediately got hooked on Gotthard.

I had the amazing privilege of meeting Steve after a Gotthard-show in the Netherlands, and after giving everything to the audience, he was in the audience afterwards, giving it all to his fans, talking to all of us, while he must have been tired.

This is the way I want to remember him, as a showman, an amazing singer, someone who was every bit a musician. He will be missed, and I know I'm speaking not only for myself but for my friends as well. To all of his relatives, his friends and his bandmates of Gotthard I wish all the best coming to terms with this tragic loss.

Eine geniale Stimme und ein toller Live Performer gehen mit Steve von uns. Ich hab permanent auf die HP geschaut um zu sehen, wann Gotthard denn nach Ö auf Konzert kommen. Und dann sowas. Hach, traurig. Unglaublich.
Vielleicht ein schwacher Trost ist, dass er wenigstens kurz vor seinem Tot eine absolut tolle Zeit gehabt haben muss.

Und in der Musik lebt er weiter!
