The world has lost a great entertainer, frontman and singer. His family has lost much more than this. Even if I didnt knew him I feel an emptiness in my soul. My thoughts goes out to family, friends and bandmates.

Hello, Steve.

I didn't like Gotthard very much, but your voice was incredibly beautiful. You were such an amazing vocalist and a very good showman, and i'll miss you, not only because your band and your voice, but your incredible personality and down-to-earth.

My idol Hideto Matsumoto (a japanese musician and guitarist) died several years ago, so i hope you meet him in heaven and tell him I will miss you both.

Immer noch zutiefst erschüttert und traurig wünsche ich allen Angehörigen viel Kraft für die kommende Zeit. Es ist unfassbar, was da passiert ist!
Viel zu früh musste Steve von uns gehen. Ich hatte die Ehre und das Glück, ihn persönlich kennenzulernen.
Was bleibt sind Erinnerungen an viele tolle Konzerte! In der Musik und in unseren Herzen wird Steve weiterleben, wir werden ihn nie vergessen!
