Je suis triste d'apprendre la disparition de Steve... J'ai connue "Ghottard" et son chanteur à la voix unique il y a quelques années seulement, mais j'ai tout de suite accroché... comment ne pas aimer ce groupe... Un concert, puis deux... et cette joie qu'ils dégagent sur scène... et voilà qu'aujourd'hui, il ne nous resteras que des souvenirs... Je pense à sa famille, ses amis, ses proches... Longue vie à Gotthard en sachant biensûr que sans Steve, ça ne sera plus jamais pareil... Tu vas me manquer Steve... Marilyne

It came as a great shock learning of Steve's passing, listening to Gotthard in the morning, discovering that he has passed away in the evening upon returning home.
I took people such as him, such as Ronnie James Dio, another favourite vocalist of mine who passed away, for granted, thinking of them as timeless rock-titans who would be here to bless us with their music forever. And maybe I'm right to an extent - Steve Lee, the man, may have passed away, but Steve Lee ,the music, will live on forever.

Goodbye, Steve, thank you for the good times.
