Sehr traurig...eine geniale Stimme und ein charismatischer Mensch, der die Bodenhaftung nie verloren hatte, mußte so früh gehen.

This is so hard to believe...One of my all time greats is away, hopefully in a better place. Steve Lee was always one of the best singers for me, I really dig his voice, so perfect for hard rock music. After having found the band Gotthard from a rock site I was blown away. What songs, what a voice. There aren't too many here in Finland that know of the band, but everyone who I've played their music to have liked it very much. According to many people who had the privilege to meet Steve I have realized that he wasn't just a great musician, he also had a great personality.
All I can say is this, I hope Steve's family and closest friends keep fighting through this sad time. Time will heal.

Cela fait 14 ans que j'écoute Gotthard, depuis que j'ai rencontré mon mari. Dès la première écoute, j'ai adoré ta voix et l'énergie du groupe. Nous avons fait plusieurs concerts et pratiquement toujours en première position. Te voir vivre sur scène était magique. Un vrai rockeur! Depuis 4 ans, je ne suis plus venue à tes concerts, prise par mes grossesses et mes enfants et je crois que ce sera un de mes plus grand regret... C'est mon mari qui m'a appris ton décès et je ne voulais pas y croire. Aujourd'hui j'écoute vos album en boucle et je déplore que la suisse romande ne vous connaisse pas mieux que ça!
Toutes mes condoléances à ta famille, tes proches et aussi au groupe.
R.I.P Steve, je ne t'oublierai jamais.
