C'est avec grande tristesse que j'ai appris la disparition de Steve.
A Brigitte, toute sa famille et ses amis je transmets toutes mes condoléances.

Steve was a very important man in my musical life, your music has always been an incredible joy but steve was my idol, i sing in a band and always dreamed that i could one day be able to sing with the passion and the ability of this man, may he live on forever with his music and remain never forgotten in the hearts of those who cared about him, the world has lsot its most amazing singer and i cannot begin to imagine the pain his family and friends feel and to you i also apologise for this terrible tragedy. RIP Steve may you find your peace in heaven xxx

Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscerti di persona, ti allenavi nella mia stessa palestra.
Seguo i Gotthard da diversi anni e mi son sempre piaciuti.
E pensare che abitavi a pochi km da casa mia...

Per come ti ho conosciuto sei sempre stata una persona stupenda, nonostante tu fossi una Rock Star, eri educato, umile, rispettoso...una persona semplice, sincera e trasparente.

Fortunatamente ti ho chiesto di far qualche foto insieme diversi mesi fa...quella sarebbe stata l'unica occasione per avere una foto con te (se ci penso ora...)

Mi viene da piangere a rivedere diversi filmati dei tuoi concerti, filmati per di più da me.

È stata una tragedia, una di quelle cose che non ti aspetteresti mai che succedesse....ma perché proprio a te?
C'è così tanta cattiva gente sulla terra....perché a te? Una persona cosi speciale..

La tua musica rimarrà sempre con noi, ed in me avrò sempre il ricordo di quella persona fantastica che avevo conosciuto.
