Oh dear. In times like these people come together closer than they ever thought possible. Why is this? I never met Steve. I've seen him sing a few times in the UK. He seemed a genuinely nice man. A very, very talented man. Great stage presence and a voice to match. He became one of my top 3 vocalists along with Ronnie James Dio and Bon Scott. His charisma, his passion, his zest and love of music and life will hopefully live on in past Gotthard music. Perhaps once the greiving has gotten easier (if there is such a thing) the band will come together and carry on in his name. Is this what Steve would`ve wanted?...I truely hope so. No one can ever replace such a figure and who would want to. Singers come and go. Bands split and make up. Time is a healer. Music is a comfort and a joy. Remember Steve for what he is. Remember Steve for what he was. He along with his friends ( the band ) are what makes the world go round.

You were a giant among giants.
You had the voice that could reduce a person to tears.
Such love and affection in a voice that will never be forgotten.

Respect to a man who died doing what he loved.
Music and motorcycles. A man after my own heart.
