Fast eine Woche ist es her und es kommt mir vor wie gestern. Mein Herz weint noch immer.

Ich wünsche allen Hinterbliebenen, Eltern, Geschwistern, Lebenspartnerin, Bandmitgliedern, Freunden und Fans ganz viel Kraft.

Und an alle die trauern, passt vielleicht nicht zum Musikstil von Gotthard: aber hört euch mal den Song von das "Gezeichnete Ich", "Du, Es und Ich" an. Folgt dem Text. Lasst ihn wirken und denkt an Steve.


R.IP. Steve wir vermissen dich hier!!!!

We are still so heartbroken and stunned over the loss of Steve. We walk around and it appears that we just get a lump in our throats and a tear in the eye when we think of or hear Steve's voice. To Leo, Freddie, Marc and Hena thank you for the great feelings and enjoyment your music has brought us in this house. And to memory of Steve we will forever remember October 5th at 9:15 PM EST as the day and time a little bit of our soul was torn and forever scarred. Wish we could have come over to see you all. This past year I survived a long and life threatening illness when I pulled through and first realized the darkness had passed so closely to my door, I listened over and over again to "One Life One Soul" both on the CD and DVD. It was / is my song of triumph.
Thank you for being our Minstrels in the Gallery and the indelible impression and enjoyment you have provided us. I would love/hope one day to meet you all in person and say Thank you for your music.

Du warst ein GROSSARTIGER Sänger mit einer fazinierenten Stimme. Es ist traurig, das Du so früh gehen mustest. Du wirst immer in meinem Herzen sein. Ich kanns immer noch nicht glauben, das es DICH nicht mehr gibt. Es ist schwer zu akzeptieren, das DIE BESTEN IMMER ZU FRÜH VON UNS GEHEN. DAS IST NICHT FAIR :(
