Ich bin unsagbar traurig, diese Stimme nicht mehr hören zu können an einem Konzert. Unvergesslich bleibt für mich die Plattentaufe von "Defrosted" im September 1997 auf dem Gotthard! Das war mein schönstes Konzert, das ich je miterleben durfte. Steve Lee bleibt einzigartig, ich wünsche allen Angehörigen viel Kraft und Zuversicht.

I was on the bus on my way home from work, when a friend text me and told me the news.
I went into shock, I couldn't believe it, I'm still finding it hard to come to terms with it. I finally got round to seeing the band at JB's November 2009 and it was the best gig of my life, I couldn't wait to see them again. I couldn't have begun to imagine in a year he would be dead.
The world has lost a tremendous talent and one that we can never replace.
