Dear Steve Lee's family

My first words are for you.
I believe that God have a Plan for we all and only He knows why He call Lee next to Him.
I also just lost a close parent and I know that these are painfull days for us, but I also know that we are much more than our physical body. All we are cna't end just like this! I'm sure that something wonderful exist behind our vision! I'm sure that, wherever Steve is right now, he's feeling wonderful and in a perfect peace. And don't forget, Steve will be forever between us as you have him much alive in your heart!
His powerful and very beautiful voice will be remind, not only for Gotthard's fans but also for those who like rock music.
I had the privilege to see he perfoming live here in Portugal (Oporto, Oct,2005) and it was one of my favourite rock shows. Steve was a show inside another show.
the voice has been silent but the memory of a great musician will last forever. I am sure that Steve will be a great reference for all rock singers in the future and will certainly become a great rock legend.
To the family, my greatest strength as possible and hope to have faith that life will still give you many joys. and do not forget: this is never a goodbye! It's only one "see you soon"!

I’m very saddened to hear of the tragic loss of the best rock voice. Its a shock for me.My thoughts and prayers are with his family and his friends.

Caro Steve, impossibile pensare che tu non ci sia più. Impossibile credere che ci sia un posto più bello della terra dove stare. Eppure, probabilmente, è così e tu questo posto l'hai trovato. Ci siamo incontrati in un paio di occasioni ed eri sempre molto disponibile. Grazie per quanto ci hai dato. Grazie di essere esistito. Grazie di essere stato tra noi. Un abbraccio, ciao.

I saw Gotthard once and I even met them backstage at The Silja Rock Boat from Sthlm, Sweden to Helsinki, Finland 2008 and Í was stunning of this miracle voice and the sound, after that I´m became to be a big fan. Gotthard will never, ever be the same without Steve, as the Queen without Freddie Mercury...Thanks for wonderful songs...
