I have listened to Gotthard for years. Their music moves me in a way I cannot describe. So, when I learned of Steve's untimely passing, I felt like I had lost a dear friend even though I never met Steve.

While the sadness of this loss lingers, Steve's voice will never leave. To all of you close to Steve, my thoughts and prayers are with you. To the driver of the truck involved in the accident, I feel certain that Steve would say only that accidents happen and that blame is useless. My prayers are with you too.

Gotthard lives in all of us who love their music. The music they have made and the love it inspires in us will live on as long as we remember and PLAY IT LOUD!
