I learnt his death only this morning... I've seen the band on 5th December 2009, and it is a great memory. I will never forget him and his voice, and I have difficulty to think that's real. His soul will never die, through his songs, in his fan's memory, he will be alive forever. I'd like to think that you found your piece of heaven.

Steve...I have only known you for a short time.But in that time your voice,your songs have filled me with happiness.You may be gone from this world.But your spirit will live on forever in the hearts and souls of Gotthard fans all over the world.

From Mexico... My Condolences

Devastated to learn about Steve Lee's death, just last week I thought about how much I was looking forward to the next Gotthard album; I decided to look it up on the website and got hit with this!

I'm way over in the UK so this kinda news sadly doesn't really spread but let me say that Steve is one of the greatest vocalists I have ever heard and in a time when not just rock music, but music in general is declining horribly, he was ever more important along with his incredible band.

I wish I could believe in a life after this one but to be honest I struggle with the concept but with the slightest chance in mind let me say to Steve that I'll continue listening to your unearthly vocals and quality music 'Anytime, Anywhere'.
