Lieber Steve,
kein anderer Sänger dieser Welt hat mich mit seiner Stimme so berührt wie du.
Du bist und bleibst für mich der Größte. Ich konnte die Tränen mit meinen 47 Jahren nicht zurückhalten und schäme mich nicht dafür. Die vielen Konzerte mit Gotthard werde ich nie vergessen und kann es nicht glauben, dass ich deine Wahnsinnsröhre nie mehr live hören darf.
Deiner Familie, deinen Freunden und natürlich deiner Band wünsche ich alle Kraft dieser Welt das Unfassbare zu verarbeiten.

From the deepest of my heart, a big hug to the Steve family. Can´t find the words to express the sadness I feel now.

During the last years Steve gave a lot of feelings to my life. I will really miss him, the fantastic and unique voice of my favorite rock band. I feel fortunate to had the opportunity to listen to him this year in Lugano for the last time. I will never forget that moments. Thank you Steve for everything... we'll never forget you.
