Ich bin sehr, sehr traurig. Es ist wirklich unfassbar. So sehr man die Trauer nicht in Worte fassen kann, gelten meine Gedanken in diesen Stunden Steves Angehörigen, der Band uns allen Gotthard Fans.

Twelve years ago I heard the first song with Gotthard "Let it rain"and now I have heard their music ever since. It`s my favourite group....Steve was the greatest. I said to my husband that I had to see them live someday and lucky me I have seen them four times and met him and the rest of the band....it was one of the biggest events in my life. The plan was to see them much more in the future. Steve, your voice will always stay with me in my heart.....will miss you so much.
My thoughts go to Brigitte,your family and your nearest friends. Rest in peace,Steve

Your voice will be missed by all of my family, my little girls used to dance to "Lift Me Up" when they were tiny. I remember the excitement of waiting for a new Gotthard album about to come out. You will be missed Steve, you will always be one of the best singers ever to grace this earth!! R.I.P. and forever you will be in our hearts. Your music will live on.
