Du, Deine wunderbare Stimme und die tollen Songs haben für eine ganze Weile fest zu meinem Leben gehört und es bereichert. Ich kann noch nicht glauben, dass das jetzt vorbei sein soll. Ich danke Dir und Gotthard für die wunderbare Musik, die ihr uns geschenkt habt. Ich werde Dich nie vergessen!

Steve, ich wünsch Dir viel Spass mit Ronnie, Michael, und all den anderen die viel zu früh von uns gegangen sind -Ihr feiert da oben bestimmt eine geile Rock'n'Roll Party.. My deepest respect to one of the best lead vocals ever heard Mr. Steve Lee.
Your voice and behaving on and off the stage will be missed so much, you were one of the few singers and also a part of a fantastic group, that my family for once agree, that this was something we all loved.
My deepest condolences to the family and all the other members of Gotthard, you are now on top of the worl in Heaven, rock on Steve and what a group you can make now with Freddy
