Members of Gotthard,

I first heard of you in my hometown Nijmegen, at that time there was a rockfestival at the Goffert.
My brother in law and I went there.
We had to wait a long time to get in, but we already hear beautiful music,
you were playing.
You were second best, that day by far!!!
(My brother in law and me, we came for Kiss, mainly, but you were as good as them, or even better!!!)

After the festival I kind of forgot about you but then I remember you again. I looking for music of you on Youtube and I found a lot of songs,
one better than the other.
But also some disturbing words like 'RIP Steve' or 'tribute to Steve Lee'
When I surfed on google I learned Steve was killed...
Sorry for your loss, guys.

He was a great singer
I hope he found his peace in Heaven!!!

Mieke from Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Dear Steve,
We would have never thought your passing would have touched us so much.
It is common knowledge that Gotthard is a family and the pain we still feel since you left is the pain you feel when you have lost a very close family member.
You were such a wonderful kind soul as well as one of the best , sorry, THE BEST SINGER we have ever known.
Your music will be following us wherever we go.

May you be in peace where ever you are and may we meet again
Love
Johann and Deirdre

We Rock!!
