I'm from Portugal and I'm a fan of Gotthard since I got to know them from the time of the release of "Homerun" album. And I've been in their concert in Porto/Gaia in 2005, and it was by far the best concert ever I've been at. And the main face of the band was Steve, his huuuge voice, his way of performing, I haven't met him but I really presume that he'd been a great Man, and that he had made many many people feeling good, as it constantly happens to me. So, since I got to know the news (only) yesterday, I kept thinking and realizing how important Gotthard (and Steve) has been in my daylife. I'm not really imagining how will it be from now on, to know that there won't be more new music with the magical touch of Steve's voice, to listen to Gotthard's songs with a constant feeling of nostalgy. But life has to go on, and I must now send my condolences to Steve's family, his friends, Gotthard members and to all his fans, saying a huge THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Steve, wherever he is now, and that he had done for the world welfare pretty much his part, by making so many people feel good, strong, happy, as Rock'n'Roll is supposed to do. And also wish great success to the band, that you can find your way now and continue the legacy from Steve, and you'll have the support of all your fans. Steve, rest in peace, and Gotthard, keep rockin'!!!
