What a tragedy I still can't believe it ! Steve was one of the last true hard rock singer. I discovered Gotthard from their early days and fall immediately in love. I will always remember the first time I saw them live in a small hot and wet club in Belgium during summer 94; and till then so many places, so many souvenirs, so many friends, all around the music of Steve and his boys. Life's bitch, that's always the good who die young. All my deepest thoughts to his family and friends in this terrible moment. His talent will live forever ... Anytime, Anywhere

Ich bin wirklich sehr traurig. Deine Musik und Deine Stimme haben mich so oft begleitet und werden es auch in Zukunft ganz sicher tun. Wie schön, dass Du uns etwas unvergängliches hier gelassen hast, Deine so wundervolle Stimme, Deine Musik - ein Geschenk. Danke, dass Du da warst.
