I can't stop crying..I flew from America to Italy last year to see Gotthard and had the great fortune to meet Steve and the guys. Within minutes of being in the room with him, you were his new best friend! Not only was he an amazing performer, but also an amazing human being. You have changed my life forever and you will NEVER be forgotten!

Steve, seine Band und ihre Musik haben mir in den letzten zehn Jahren Halt gegeben das unbegreifliche zu meistern. Trauer, Leid, Schmerz doch auch Erinnerungen, schöne Momente, Glück und Freude stecken in diesen Liedern. Sie waren immer da wenn ich sie brauchte ohne das sie es wussten. Umso tiefer ist nun die Trauer um den Verlust von Steve.
Wir haben einen wunderbaren Menschen verloren. Doch seine Stimme, die Lieder und all das erlebte wird tief im Herzen weiterleben.
Ich möchte allen Angehörigen und natürlich der Band mein tiefstes Beileid aussprechen und wünsche Ihnen alle Kraft diese schweren Zeiten zu meistern.

I Am Writing From Here In The USA, The State Of Pennsylvania, and Like Myself and So Many Others Around Me That Have Loved Steve And Everything He Has Done, Even As Far back to his Forsale Days, his Voice to Myself and all i turned Onto Gotthard are Totally Saddened to all this and Simply want to Let Everyone Know that Steves Voice has Touched This End of the United States and will Forever Touch Us, He Was One of Gods Gems and Blessed Us All by Allowing Us to Experience The Perfection in Musicianship he Brought To The Table, My Sincere Condolences To The Family and Everyone Close To Him, i Personally Feel Close to Him as i Was such a DIAL HARD Fan, (Had To Throw That In), Your With The Lord Now Steve, Your Truly On Top Of The World...God Bless..

I'm gonna listen to all the Gotthard cds and watch their dvds as a tribute to this great voice which remains forever in our hearts.

I send my deepest sympathy and condolences to Brigitte, the family, friends and of course the other members of Gotthard.

I had the chance to see Gotthard several times and always had a good time to listen to this incredible voice.
Leo, Henna, Marc, Freddy and Nicolo, even if it's hard to imagine, don't let a so great band down and follow the example of ACDC after Bon's death.
Keep on rockin' in memory of Steve.
