It's been only 5 days and I felt the need to play all of the Gotthard CDs over the weekend.... I have been a fan from day 1, saw the band 5 times between 1992 and 1999 and then followed them almost religiously whilst I have been abroad. I have always loved the music but Steve's voice was the icing on the cake. I have never met him but I feel like I've lost a friend. Losing someone close is a tragic experience, a very personal journey into one's deepest emotions. Words may help, time may heal but it is an experience that is very private. With a lof of respect I present my deepest condolences to his whole family, bandmates and friends. Lots of us are sharing their pain and sadness. RIP Steve.
